Raymond breaks down a bunch of highly technical research to spoon feed us the whole truth on what he has seen inside this very thick data. I do want to be up front in saying I'm not taking a pro or anti stance here. My job is to ask all the questions that an audience might want to know, and to keep my opinion largely to myself. This story of escape and a successful life after is really something that makes me feel good and hopeful, but for as much as we touched on: There is hours more content about the darkness and depravity behind the Children of God cult. Honestly, I don't think there is a solid reason for this show to dive into the worst of the worst. If you found this episode entertaining, use it as a springboard to seek out other shows like "Last Podcast on the Left" who did a full five part series on the inner workings.
