Yikes, today I learned that amongst people who succeed in losing all the weight they want to, only 3% actually keep the weight off for good. That's a 97% failure rate for a really common goal that we have all probably set at least once.

She is also the host of the podcast "Done with Dieting" where she explores all things health related with various guests.
