Talking to an audience or in public can be harder for some people than others. According to an recent psychological study: 30% of the general population has a truly clinical level fear of public speaking. Given that information, you should already feel better about yourself. Now wait until you hear from my expert about how you too can get in front of some of the most intense audiences on the planet.
My guest today is Reesa Woolf. Reesa professionally trains speakers to give TED Talks. You know, those giant stages where people give impassioned speeches about their major discoveries or life changing theories? Yeah, she trains those people how to speak to crowds. I really don't know how much more info is necessary to sell you on her credentials, but she also has over two decades of trainer time under her championship level belt.
Her goal is to teach everyone how to get over the fear of public speaking at any level and become an excellent speaker in all aspects of their life. Reesa is also a fan of the show and it was great having her come to me with the background she has and the training she does.
