Last episode my expert remarked that scientists might say the world is too far gone, and that we're beyond the tipping point with our planet. That got me thinking, and I sifted through my expert contacts to find one who could tell us if that's true or not.
My guest today is John Pabon. John came over to the sustainability field two decades ago after leaving his position at the United Nations. Today he specializes in helping large corporations and governments get a better handle on the part they play and the ways they can improve.
I wasn't even aware there was more to sustainability beyond the more hippie variety, but it's actually an extremely large and diverse field with a lot of greyish areas. John imparts a lot of knowledge, and also tells us about the ways that it's okay to come up short.
