I know I call myself dumb, but I didn't think I was going to be completely blindsided by meditation. You sit, close your eyes, and think about just breathing, right? It seems pretty easy as a concept. But apparently I'm wrong. And not just a little wrong, but grossly incorrect. It can be done with your eyes open, with a sound or phrase, and even while walking.
My guest today is Shai Tubali. Shai is a Meditation Teacher, Yogi, and Psychosocial Method Developer. He's here today to help us better understand the wide world of meditation, how anyone can do it, and the benefits it can bring to your life.
With over twenty years in practice, and a new book covering the 35 different meditation practices from around the world, I think Shai is the perfect guest to help us all understand.

Thank you for listening to this episode of the Just Dumb Enough Podcast! Walking meditation is really hard. I gave it a shot after doing this interview, and trust me when I say you're underestimating the slowness and immense focus you need just to not fall over.
