I think our feelings change about getting older as we get older. As a child I never wanted to grow up. Then as a teen I couldn't wait to be an adult. Now that I'm over 30 I find myself wondering how well I'm going to age, and how to get the most out of that time. Luckily I met just the right guy for the conversation!
My guest today is David Bernstein. David is a physician, specializing in geriatrics, with 40 years of experience. A great many people in his early life pushed his focus and care towards the oldest members of our society. Studying what gives people the longest, most active and engaged lives. He's now here to share his findings and help us avoid the many avoidable pitfalls of aging and disease.

The November rankings are all but sealed: 1. United States, with California, New York, and Pennsylvania as the top states. 2. The United Kingdom. Holding tightly to that spot. 3. Australia, firmly led by New South Wales. 4. Canada, with Ontario stealing top province in these last days. 5. Sweden, with nearly a tie between Skane and Uppsala. I will say to Ireland, India, France, New Zealand, and Germany: With just a couple more people any of you could steal that number 5 spot.
That's it for today, I'll see you all the 1st of December with the insider secrets on healthcare supplements!
