The topic of eating disorders can make people really uncomfortable. It's not something that sees much attention, and according to my expert, it might be so well hidden for a number of reasons, including: shame, trendy diets, an injury, or just because the person engaged in the bad habits doesn't realize they have a problem.
My guest today is Jessica Setnick. Jessica is a dietician with over 25 years of experience, who also regularly consults with other health professionals on a global scale to ensure better education. She's here today to discuss the various and numerous eating disorders, and the impact it has on your life long term.
